Works with the tools you already use.

Pinnacle Ai connects to the tools you already use — Stripe, PayPal and Square for payments, QuickBooks for the books, Google Calendar and Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, Shopify, Zoom, Jobber, Clio and more. Anything else goes through Zapier or our public REST API. The tools you keep can keep working, and everything still lands on one contact record.

What connects to Pinnacle Ai?

These are the connections we support directly, grouped by what they do. Anything that isn't on this list can usually be connected through Zapier or our public API — we'd rather tell you that than pretend it's native.

  • Payments

Take cards with the processor you already have

Connect your own payment processor and collect money inside Pinnacle Ai — invoices, estimates, funnels, subscriptions and Text-2-Pay links sent straight to a phone. The merchant account stays in your name.

    • Stripe
    • PayPal
    • Square
    • Authorize.net
    • NMI
    • Razorpay

Stripe also unlocks Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank payments and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.

  • Accounting

Keep the books in step with the sales

Send customers, invoices and payments to your accounting software so your bookkeeper isn't retyping what your CRM already knows.

Other accounting tools connect through Zapier.

  • Calendars & scheduling

Two-way sync with the calendar you live in

Booking calendars read your real availability and write new appointments back, so nothing double-books — and video meetings get a link created automatically.

Two-way calendar sync with Google and Outlook.

  • Email

Your inbox and your CRM, finally the same thing

Connect the mailbox you already use and replies show up on the contact record both ways. Sending a lot? Bring your own sending service instead.

    • Gmail / Google Workspace (two-way sync)
    • Outlook / Microsoft 365 (two-way sync)
    • Amazon SES (SMTP)
    • SendGrid (SMTP)
    • Zoho (SMTP)

Bring-your-own SMTP is optional — email sending is built in on every plan.

  • Social publishing

Plan and publish from one calendar

Connect your accounts once, then schedule posts everywhere from the social planner — and let comments and DMs land in the unified inbox as real conversations.

  • Advertising & lead ads

Lead ads that hit your CRM in seconds

Hook up your ad accounts and every lead-form submission drops onto a contact record and starts your follow-up — instead of sitting in an ad dashboard nobody checks.

Facebook Conversions API for tracking what your ads actually produced.

  • E-commerce

    Store orders, meet your follow-up

Connect your store so buyers become contacts you can nurture, win back and ask for a review — not anonymous order numbers.

  • Storage & design

Files and graphics where you already keep them

Pull files from your drive into forms, funnels and emails, and design graphics without leaving the builder.

    • Google Drive
    • Canva
  • Webinars & video

Run the session, keep the registrations

Registrations and attendance come back to the contact record, so the follow-up can tell who showed up and who didn't.

    • Zoom
    • WebinarKit
  • Field service & vertical tools

Works alongside the software your trade runs on

Keep the job-management or case software your team knows, and let Pinnacle Ai handle the leads, follow-up, reviews and reactivation around it.

    • Jobber
    • Clio
    • ServiceTitan (via Zapier)
  • Automation & developers

Zapier, a public API and webhooks

This is the honest answer to “does it work with ___?” If a tool is on Zapier, it can talk to Pinnacle Ai with no code. If you have someone technical, the public REST API and webhooks let them build exactly what you need.

Not sure about your tool? Zapier is the short answer. If it's on Zapier, it works with Pinnacle Ai — and if you want a custom connection, the public API and webhooks are there. Ask us on 24/7 chat and we'll tell you straight.

One record

Where does the data from my other tools go?

Onto the contact. A Stripe payment, a Google review, an Instagram DM, a booked appointment and a Zapier hand-off all attach to the same person — so your team sees one history instead of six tabs.

FAQ

Integration questions, answered

Still stuck? Ask our team.

Natively, yes for the apps listed on this page — Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, NMI and Razorpay for payments; QuickBooks for accounting; Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and Zoom for scheduling; Gmail and Outlook for email; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile and Bluesky for social; Shopify, Google Drive, Canva, Jobber, Clio and WebinarKit. Almost anything else connects through Zapier or our public REST API and webhooks. If a tool is on Zapier, it can talk to Pinnacle Ai without any code.

Yes to all four. You connect your own Stripe account to take cards, subscriptions and Text-2-Pay payments (Stripe also unlocks Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm). QuickBooks connects for accounting. Google Calendar and Gmail sync two ways, and so do Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar and email.

Yes — both ways. Pinnacle Ai reads your existing calendar events so nobody can book over them and writes new appointments back, and connected Gmail or Outlook mailboxes sync sent and received email onto the contact record.

Yes. There's a public REST API for reading and writing your records, webhooks that fire on the events you choose, and an app marketplace of add-ons — so a developer can build custom connections to in-house software. Our team is on 24/7 chat and Zoom if you get stuck.

Then it usually connects through Zapier or the API, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend it's native. Ask us on 24/7 chat with the tool name and we'll tell you straight which route to take.
