Custom Objects Actions & Triggers in Workflows

Custom Objects create associations between contacts or fields, helping you easily track, manage updates, and automate processes related to these relationships. This new feature allows you to develop object-specific workflows. Triggering workflows based on custom object-related triggers and defining actions to automate your processes.

⭐️How To Create Workflows with Custom Objects Triggers:

  1. Navigate to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section, click + Create Workflow, and select “Custom Objects” based workflow.

  2. Start by selecting a trigger, you can choose between Object Created and Object Changed.

⭐️Custom Objects Actions:

There are three actions exclusive to Custom Object based workflows, which are:

  1. Create Object or Associated Record: This will prompt you to create a new Custom Object.

  2. Update Associated Object: Update an associated object (e.g., "Agent") linked to the sold property.

  3. Clear a Field in the Object or Associated Object: Clear the temporary Notes and Internal Comment custom fields that are no longer needed.
