How does referral tracking actually work?

Every affiliate gets a unique link with a cookie window you choose. When someone clicks it and later fills out a form, finishes a survey or books an appointment, that lead is credited to the affiliate who sent them — and when they buy, the sale is credited too.

Can I set commissions my own way?

Yes — the math is yours. Pay a percentage or a flat fee, once or on every renewal, and use different rates for different products. Cap how many charges earn a commission, or step the rate down after the first few so a long subscription doesn't outrun your margin.

How do I approve and pay what I owe?

Commissions move through an approval workflow — pending, approved, paid — so nothing goes out until you say so. PayPal payouts can run automatically on your terms; every other method is tracked in the same ledger and marked paid once you've sent it, so your records stay in one place.
