Workflow AI Assistant
We’re excited to introduce you to our new AI Assistant inside Workflows. This helpful guide will help you create, optimize, and manage workflows. The Workflow AI will assist you in selecting the right actions for your automation including step-by-step instructions and insight on optimization, replacing the guesswork with information and confidence.
⭐️What Can The AI Assistant Do?
Set-up Help: The Workflow AI will suggest the triggers and actions needed to achieve your goals based on what you tell it you want to achieve. The AI Assistant can also explain what they are and how to use them.
Respond Questions: If you need extra information about any part of the workflow, be it an action or trigger, the AI Assistant will provide a detailed description.
Step Suggestions: The AI Assistant can suggest actions to include in your workflow based on your prompts or scans of your set-up so far.
⭐️How To Use The Workflow AI Assistant:
Navigate to the workflow builder by clicking on a Workflow or creating a new one inside the Workflow tab of the Automation section.
Click the Workflow AI icon on the bottom left corner.
Select between Description or Suggestion help.
Type your query or select from the suggestions to receive the AI’s assistance.
The AI Assistant is here to make your life easier, simplifying the building process and optimizing your workflows. With it, we remove the guesswork from your building process by offering suggestions and verifying your workflows are efficient and error-free.
