  • Create an Associated Record: Automate Custom Object record creation with this action, allowing you to associate it with a contact using a predefined association label.

  • Update an Associated Record: Update fields within an associated custom object records linked to contact with this action, helping you modify existing objects for accurate data-keeping.

  • Clear Fields of an Associated Record: This wipes selected fields in an associated custom object record, ensuring that old or expired information is cleared without removing the entire record.

⭐️How To Use Workflow Actions for Associated Custom Object Records?

  1. Create an association label for your Custom Object.

  2. Access the workflow builder by creating or opening a workflow.

  3. Click the plus-sign icon to add one of the three new actions.

  4. Select the custom object, association label, and fields to change.

  5. Click save action and save the workflow. At this point, you can add any other actions needed and publish the workflow.
