⭐️How To Trigger a Workflow within Conversation AI?
Navigate to the Conversation AI Bot section inside your settings and create or edit a Bot.
In the Bot builder switch to the Bot Goals tab.
Select Trigger a Workflow as an action.
From the dropdown menu, choose a published workflow.
Provide a short description of the condition that will trigger the workflow. Then click Save to finalize your configuration.
And there you go, once completed the bot will trigger the selected workflow when the condition is met. This will help you ensure your process is followed and specifications are met, resulting in an efficient process!
