Workflows allow you to simplify and streamline your processes. Once that process is completed, removing contacts from workflows doesn’t have to be tedious. With the Remove From Workflow Action enhancements, this process is simpler than ever.

  • Multiple Workflow Removal: Now, you can select several workflows to remove your contacts instead of doing so individually, ensuring all communications cease when needed.

  • Execution Logs: Even when a user is not part of a workflow they are meant to be removed from this action is reflected in the execution logs as skipped. Previously, there would be no log entry.

  • Integrated Actions: The “Remove from all workflows” action is now integrated into the “Remove From Workflow” action, combining both into one for ease of use.

⭐️How To Use Remove From Another Workflow Action:

  1. Inside the workflow builder click the plus sign icon to add an action.

  2. Select the Remove From Workflow action then open the drop-down menu and select "Another Workflows".

  4. Click Save Action then save the workflow to keep the changes.
