  1. First, create or edit a Conversation Bot. Make sure the bot you’re using is set to Auto-Pilot.

  3. Click “+ New Bot Transfer” then select the bot you want to send the chat to.

  4. Configure the scenario by adding the conditions under which the transfer should happen, such as the contact saying a key phrase.
