Call Recording helps you guarantee customer satisfaction and monitor your employees' performance. However, people may behave differently when they know they’re being recorded, so we’ve allowed you to disable the recording notice.

Disable box: If you don’t want a message to be reproduced, you may now disable the message.
Empty Message Box: Disabling the Call Recording Notice allows you to keep the message box blank, automatically removing its content.
⭐️How To Disable The Call Recording Notice?
If you want to keep your recording private, you can disable the notification message by following these steps:
Start by accessing the Phone System tab inside your account settings. Click the three-dot icon next to the phone number to edit.
Select Edit Configuration.
Uncheck the box next to the Play Call Recording Message option.
Click Save at the bottom of your phone settings to save the changes.
