Custom Forms & Guests in Pinnacle Ai

When there's a custom form linked to the appointment in Pinnacle Ai, the main attendee fills it during booking. But guess what? The guests will receive the form link in their appointment email. However, this only works when you request the Name and Email info. If it's just a headcount, this feature won't kick in.

Payments & Guests in Pinnacle Ai

If there's a payment involved for the calendar event in Pinnacle Ai, it's only for the primary attendee. Guests? They're on the house!

Booking & Editing Appointments with Guests in Pinnacle Ai

Booking with multiple attendees in Pinnacle Ai is a breeze. Here's a quick rundown:

1. On the Calendar View page, hit "Book Appointment".

2. Choose the contact (primary attendee) and the calendar event.

3. If you've enabled the "Add Guests" option in Pinnacle Ai, you'll see it on the right panel. You can either search from existing contacts or add a new one by providing their details.

Note: You can add up to 10 guests via the Calendar widget or booking modal in Pinnacle Ai. If you're just counting, the cap is at 100 guests.
