Our CRM now enhances the workflow action of copying contacts between sub-accounts with three key updates. Firstly, it enables the option to update existing contacts within the selected sub-account. Secondly, you can now organize contacts effectively by adding multiple tags to newly copied contacts. Lastly, the feature allows you to skip copying contacts without an email or name, streamlining your workflow.
