Pinnacle AI CRM is proud to introduce a streamlined approach to viewing SMS/Email action statistics within the new workflow builder. This enhancement eliminates the need to open each action individually to view stats, offering a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

  • Direct Stats Viewing: Users can now directly view the SMS/Email action statistics under each action within the new workflow builder.

  • Detailed Statistics Model: By simply clicking on any of the stats data, users can access a detailed statistics model, offering in-depth insights.

  • Easy Activation: To view stats in the SMS/Email action, users can activate the stats view located at the top left of the builder.
