⭐️ How To Use What's App Integration?
Access your CRM Account. On the bottom left side of your dashboard click on “Settings”.
After you click on “Settings” you will see a new left-hand menu on your dashboard, now locate the option “WhatsApp” and click it.
Fill out the information requested: Email, Card Information, Name On Card, and Zip Code so you can integrate WhatsApp into your CRM.
As soon as you fill out the information requested and make the payment, new options will appear in your WhatsApp section in your CRM. Select the option “+ Add Number” to add your WhatsApp Phone number to your CRM.
When you add your WhatsApp phone number to your CRM, you will see the WhatsApp section available in your “Conversations” tab. For that, you will need to click on “Go Back” on the top left side of your dashboard.
The previous dashboard will appear on your left side. Locate the option “Conversations”, click it, and select any contact on your CRM.
On the bottom side of the contact’s conversation, you will now see the WhatsApp option available. Click it and you will be able to send a WhatsApp Message.
