⭐️ How To Use Signatures For Forms & Surveys | Time Stamps & Unique Hash:
Access the “Sites” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on Forms/surveys from the upper navigation menu and create new ones or edit existing ones.
In the builder, click on “+” and then click on Custom fields > + Add.
Select the signature field and click next.
Add the name, select the group, and click the save button.
Add the signature field by dragging and dropping and hitting the save button.
Submit the form and click on the button.
To see the details, click on Form > Submissions. View the added time, signed, and encrypted hash of the form.
To download a PDF, click on the three dots and click on “Download PDF.”
The time signed is now shown along with the hash in downloaded PDFs, enhancing verification and traceability.
