1. Access the “Payments” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on settings from the upper navigation menu, then click on “Shipping & Delivery” and click on + Add zone.

2. Add the zone name, select the country and states, and hit the Add button.

3. Now click on the + Add rate button.

4. Fill in the required details and hit the add button.
