Navigate to Calendar Settings and Input the Essentials:
Log in to your sub-account and go to Calendars > Calendar Settings.
Within the Calendars Tab, click "Create Calendar," then select "Service Calendar."
Input essential details, including the calendar name, description, staff assignment, URL, and service duration and Confirm.
Upload your service logo for the Appointment Booking Widget.
Link the calendar to your Service Menu by selecting a group for categorization.
Availability: Set appointment duration, post-buffer time, minimum scheduling notice, and date range.
With these steps, your Service Calendar is ready for booking. Key highlights include the ability for contacts to book multiple services for themselves or for multiple participants, efficient scheduling with a 15-minute slot interval, and direct integration with staff availability.
