Access the automation tab from the left navigation menu then click on workflows > +create Workflow or edit an existing on.
Now start from scratch or use a template.
To use this action make sure to use the Start IVR Trigger.
Choose a Phone number in the filter section and click Save.
Click on the “+” button to add the action.
