1. Access the Automation tab from the left navigation menu then workflows and click “+ Create Workflow.”

   

2. Create from scratch or use a template.

   

3. Add a trigger according to your requirements for example we are using "Contact Created.”

   

4. Now Add the action " Generate One Time Booking Link.”

   

5. Select your calendar.

   

6. Now you can add action Emails/SMS.

   

7. In the Email body click on the custom values and add the "Generate One Time Link" custom values.

   

8. This is an overall look of the Email after adding the custom field. After completing the Email click the save button.
