We added keyboard shortcuts to the Page Builder to speed up page creation and editing with less mouse interaction. Shortcuts are grouped into clear sections so you can learn only what you need and move faster across Funnels, Websites, Webinars, Stores, and Blogs.
Where to find the shortcuts
Open the Page Builder by editing any funnel step or website page and click the keyboard icon in the top-right corner. That opens a compact, searchable list of shortcuts organized by task.
How the shortcuts are organized
Shortcuts are arranged into five practical tabs. Each tab focuses on a specific area of the builder so you can learn incrementally.
Essential
This tab contains the most common actions, like saving your work and basic navigation. Start here to get the biggest time savings immediately.
Canvas navigation and selection
Use these shortcuts to move across your layout and select elements without clicking. They make it much faster to jump between sections, columns, and individual components while keeping your hands on the keyboard.
Panels and tools
This area includes shortcuts for opening settings, toggling panels, and accessing code-related tools. When you need to tweak styles or add custom code, these shortcuts save several clicks.
Funnel management
Shortcuts here help with previewing pages, adding blank sections, and performing common funnel-level actions. Use them when building multi-step funnels to move between steps quickly.
Text editing
Familiar text formatting options are grouped in one place. This tab is a quick refresher for bold, italic, lists, alignment, and other common typing shortcuts.
Why shortcuts matter
Faster creation: Reduce the number of clicks needed to build and edit pages.
Lower cognitive load: Keep focus on structure and content instead of hunting for buttons.
Fewer errors: Precise keyboard navigation reduces accidental edits in complex layouts.
Consistent experience: Shortcuts work across Funnels, Websites, Webinars, Stores, and Blogs without changing how Page Builder functions.
Quick workflow to adopt shortcuts
Open the shortcuts panel by clicking the keyboard icon and skim the Essential tab to learn the save and undo actions.
Practice a few Canvas navigation shortcuts to move between sections and select elements without the mouse.
Use Panels and tools shortcuts to open settings and code editors while you style components.
When assembling funnels, rely on Funnel management shortcuts to preview pages and add blank sections quickly.
Keep the Text editing shortcuts handy when formatting content so typing stays fluid and fast.
Add one or two shortcuts to your daily routine each day until they become second nature.
Best practices
Start with the essential actions you use most. Learn save, undo, and select first.
Practice on a simple page before using shortcuts on complex funnels.
If a browser or OS shortcut conflicts, try focusing the builder canvas or using the on-screen shortcuts list to confirm the correct key combos.
Use keyboard shortcuts alongside the existing UI. The builder itself does not change; shortcuts only speed up interaction.
