Managing your opportunities can be tedious and time-consuming when multiple cards need to be updated in the same way. To make this process simpler, we’ve introduced Bulk Actions to the Opportunities Card view. Let’s check it out!

⭐How To Implement Bulk Actions in Opportunities?

  1. To start, navigate to the Opportunities tab inside the Opportunities section and select the Kanban view.

  2. Hover over an opportunity card and click the check box next to it.

  4. Once selected, click Edit to perform bulk actions.

  • Bulk Card Selection: Select multiple opportunity cards using checkboxes, making management faster and easier.

  • Selection Lock: While in selection mode, cards are locked. Preventing them from moving or opening, thus eliminating accidental changes.

  • Increased Efficiency: Make large-scale changes to your opportunities with this feature, which allows you to select up to 20 cards manually or all visible cards for editing.
