⭐️ How To Use Multiple Chat Widgets:

1. Access the “Sites” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on the Chat widget from the upper navigation menu and then click on “+New” button.

   

2. There are three options - SMS/Phone Chat, Live Chat and WhatsApp Chat. you will select one option for chat type.

   

3. Customize the Chat widget according to your needs and click on save.

   

4. Click on Funnels/websites from the upper navigation menu and create new or edit existing ones.

   

5. Now click on Settings and here you can select the chat widget.
