
Manual Payments in Forms Surveys
Selling online doesn’t mean you are limited when accepting cash, bank transfers, or other forms of manual payment. With this feature, you can easily enable customers to use those preferred methods for purchases done through Forms & Surveys.

Enhanced Flexibility: Trigger automation while accepting payments not connected with the system, such as cryptocurrencies, without the transaction information running the risk of getting lost.
Automated Updates: When using this feature updating the payment status in Orders will reflect in the Submissions section of the respective form/survey.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide added payment variety to customers, meeting them where they are and ensuring the flow of the transaction keeps both sides satisfied.
⭐️How To Use Manual Payments in Forms & Surveys?
Navigate to the Integrations tab inside the Payments section and click Connect next to Manual Payments.
Enable COD or Custom Payment Methods by clicking + Add and filling out the details.
Check the box next to Forms and Surveys to enable it, then click Save to update the changes in the system.
When a product is added the manual payment option will automatically appear for your Form/Survey.
This expands your payment options, offering greater flexibility in transactions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and while still allowing for guided follow-ups through workflows.
