Configure Live Chat Widget:
Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget > Chat Type > Live Chat.
Personalize the chat widget by adjusting the avatar, color scheme, agency branding, and legal message display in the Widget Window settings.
Craft engaging introductory messages for visitors.
Configure fallback time settings for periods of inactivity and acknowledgment messages.
Obtain the chat widget code for easy website integration. Copy this code in the body or the footer section of your website.
A new window with the chat widget code will appear. click on copy code.
Navigate to the website builder and click on “Edit”.
Choose a page to edit.
Add an element and choose Custom Code.
Open the code editor and paste the code here.
