⭐️ How To Use IVR Calls | In App Calling For Web & Mobile:
Access “Settings” in your account.
Access the “My Staff” tab from the left navigation menu. Add an employee or edit an existing one by clicking on the pencil icon.
Scroll down and click on “Call & Voicemail Settings.”
Select the Default Channel for IVR for which you want the Web/Mob App or My Phone number, and click on Save.
