⭐️ How To include IP Address in Form & Survey Submissions?
Access your CRM Account. On the left side of your dashboard click on “Sites”.
When you click on “Sites” on the top of your page will appear new options. Click on “Forms” and a dropdown will appear. Click on “Submissions”.
When you are in the “Submissions” section now you will see the IP address of the document. Also, every time you download the document in PDF or .CSV you will also see the IP Address.
