⭐️ How To Use Invoice Product Descriptions, Auto Filling, & Name Editing:
Access the “Payment” tab from the left navigation menu, then click on “Invoices” from the upper navigation. Click on the Settings icon.
In “Product Settings," toggle on Import Product Description and click on the Save button.
Go back to invoices and create a new or edit an existing one.
In Invoices, click on “ + Add an item.”
You will now be able to add product descriptions to their invoices and edit them before they go on to the invoice.
Improved Auto-filling:
We’ve enhanced the auto-filling of card and contact information on payment links and invoices. Any auto-filling extensions and browsers can automatically fill in business and card information if configured. This functionality even extends to LastPass users.
Making the Invoice Name More Prominent:
Once you complete the invoice, click on the “Send” button.
If you want to update the name, you can do it directly from this popup, ensuring they’re always aware of the invoice name being sent.
This feature significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of the invoicing process within the CRM, making it easier for businesses to manage and send invoices.
