First Available Date in Booking Widget
When using date-specific hours you might have noticed that the system would only show the next 3 months' worth of available dates. Now, your soonest available date will be displayed by default.
⭐️Why Is This Enhancement Beneficial To Your Business?
Reduce Customer Churn: This will remove the need for customers to scroll through unavailable dates to find the next available one, presenting less resistance to booking.
Professional Image: By showing the available dates instead of months of unavailability the image you present is more pleasing and less stressful for customers.
Better Advanced Booking: This allows you to accept reservations for dates far in the future or reserve special dates for your business, such as offering holidays as premium dates.
⭐️How To Use First Available Date in Booking Widget:
Navigate to the Calendar Setting tab inside the Calendar section.
Create or edit a calendar and head to the Availability Tab inside its settings
Configure Date-Specific Hours, unselect all weekdays, then click Save to keep the changes.
When a customer goes to book an appointment they will be shown the soonest available date by default.
This removes the burden of finding appointments from your customers while allowing you to maintain flexibility for your booking dates and times. It lets you schedule special events, dates in advance, and more!
