Pinnacle AI CRM is excited to unveil the "Featured (Pinned) Posts" feature for communities. This enhancement empowers admins and owners to spotlight essential content, ensuring that pivotal posts get the attention they deserve within channels and the home timeline.
How Does It Work?
Marking a Post as Featured: To feature a post, click on the three dots menu (⋮) on the desired post and select "Pin". This action ensures that the post stands out prominently.
Visibility of Featured Posts:
Channel Level: When a post is marked as featured within a specific channel, it takes a prime position at the top of that channel.
Home Timeline: Similarly, featuring a post in the home timeline ensures it's displayed at the top of your home feed.
Unpinning a Post: If you wish to revert a post from its featured status, simply click on the "Unpin" option, accessible from the three dots menu. This action can be performed on individual posts or within the pinned section.
Navigating Through Posts: If you've pinned more than two posts, arrow buttons will appear, allowing you to scroll through them.
