Introducing Estimates inside the Payments section! This feature allows you to send estimates to your customers before sending the final invoice for them to accept or reject. It also enables you to convert the approved estimate into a billable invoice.

⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?

  • Convenient Invoices: This allows you to create and manage pricing from your customer that can be transformed into an invoice.

  • Improved Planning: With estimates you can more accurately plan projects before getting started and approach opportunities with a clearer view of the customers’ budget.

  • Simplified Qualification: Prequalify your customers by sending them estimates for your services, keeping everyone on the same track.

⭐️How To Create an Estimate:

  1. Navigate to the Estimates tab inside the Payments section.

  2. Click on “+ New Estimate” to start the process.

  3. Open the dropdown menus to add the needed information.

Estimates allow you to prepare for projects, uphold your customer's budget, and ensure satisfaction. We want you to enjoy this feature to the max so we’re working toward adding Estimates in Workflows and Templates in Estimates. Please keep an eye out for the updates!
