Pinnacle AI CRM is excited to unveil its latest feature enhancement: a more intuitive way to manage attachments in emails and SMS. This update is designed to provide users with a seamless experience when sharing files within conversations.

Feature Highlights

  • Automatic Media Library Uploads: The process of managing attachments has been streamlined. Users can now upload large-sized attachments directly from their devices. Files sent via SMS and those exceeding the email attachment limit (20MB) will be automatically uploaded to the media library. These attachments will then be shared as media library links.

  • Attachment Choice: Users are given the flexibility to decide whether they want to upload attachments from their device or directly from the media library. If the media library is chosen, a modal will appear, allowing users to select the desired file.

  • Interactive Video Thumbnails: To enhance email engagement, GIF thumbnails will be automatically created for videos uploaded through the media library. This eliminates the need for manual workarounds like compressing files or using external file-sharing services.
