  1. Access the sites tab from the left sidebar then go to Forms/Survey tab from the top menu. In this Example we will be using forms as an example.

  2. Choose to create from scratch by clicking on “Add form” or edit an existing one.

  3. Click on the bell button in the top menu.

  4.  Turn the toggle on.

  5. Fill out the required information for the email notification. Fill in the “Email To” field with the accounts you want to send the notification to. After filling in the details click save.

  6. Don’t forget to save after completing the process.

  7. From now on, every time a form or survey is submitted, you and your team will receive a prompt email notification with a summary of the submitted information.
