⭐️ How To Use E-Commerce & Order Forms: Manual Payment Methods:
Access the “Payments” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on Integrations from the upper navigation menu and click on “Connect” Button in Manual Payment Method Card.
Add the payment method by clicking on “+ Add Cash on delivery” & “+ Add Custom payment” buttons.
Fill the required details and Check the boxes for order form & E-Commerce Store and hit on Save button.
Here in the preview you can see the added manual payment method on your order form.
Collect Payment flow (for manual payment method orders)
Once the order form is submitted, click on the Orders from the Upper navigation menu and click on three dots > View order.
For manual payments you can see the Payment is Pending and to collect the payment click on the collect payment button.
Select the Payment Mode and hit the “Mark as Paid” button.
Here you can see the order summary is paid and the transaction status is succeeded.
This update to the CRM enhances payment flexibility, providing a more convenient checkout experience for both store owners and customers.
