Navigate to the left navigation menu Automation > Workflows then click on "+ Create Workflow" or edit an existing one.
Start from scratch or use a template.
Add the Actions like Emails/Sms before adding the “ Delete Contact “ action from the actions list
.
You can use the "Delete Contact" action only at the end of a workflow. To add the action, click on the “+” button.
Now select delete contact from the actions list.
After naming your action, click on “Save”.
