What is Customizable Contact Type? Contact Types provide a categorization system for your contacts, making it simpler to organize and manage them effectively. You can customize these types to align with your unique business requirements.👇🏻

⭐️ How to Use Customizable Contact Type:
Access Smartlist: Navigate to Contacts and click on Smartlist.
Assigning Contact Type:
When creating a new contact, the Contact Type is a mandatory field with a dropdown menu containing existing types.
For existing contacts, you can update the Contact Type on the contact details page.
Adding, Renaming, or Deleting Contact Types:
Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.
Search for "Contact Type" and click "Edit." Here, you can add, rename, or delete Contact Types as needed.
Filtering Based on Contact Type:
Use the "Type" filter in the Smartlist filter.
Create and save different filter views for various contact types, allowing you to segment and manage contacts efficiently.
