⭐️ How To Use Conversation AI Bot Training Via Google Docs:
Go to settings.
Access Bot Training:Go to “Conversation AI” and Navigate to the bot training section within our CRM.
Insert Google Docs URL: Input the public URL of the Google Docs document you want to use for training.
Check Document Permissions: Ensure the Google Docs document has appropriate public permissions for fetching data. Adjust permissions if needed.
Fetch Data Automatically: Click on "Get Data," and our CRM will automatically fetch and integrate the content from the specified Google Docs document.
After clicking on the button “ Get Data “ you can see the trained bot. Leverage the fetched data from Google Docs for training your conversational bot, similar to the existing process with website URLs.
