1. Go to Marketing from the left menu bar and then select the Emails.

2. Click on the “ +New ” button to create an email from scratch or use a template from the template library.

3. Choose “Design Editor”.

4. Access Quick Actions: Inside the Email Builder, locate the AI logo in the top right corner.

5. Select Text Section: Highlight the section of text you want to enhance or modify.

6. Initiate AI Assistance: Click the AI logo to access quick actions and choose from options such as generating, improving, fixing grammar, simplifying language, making shorter, or making longer.

7. Continue refining the text by piling on multiple enhancements. For example, simplify language, fix grammar, and adjust length in a sequence.

8. Preview Simplifications: Review the AI-generated suggestions to preview the simplifications and improvements made to the selected text. Once satisfied with the enhancements, click "Replace Text" to apply the AI-generated changes to the entire selected section.
