⭐️ How To Use Contact Scoring V2:
Access the Conversation tab from the left navigation menu. Go to Conversations and select the contact. You can see the Contact Engagement Score in the right-hand panel. Click on add/subtract the score and click Save.
Access the Contact tab from the left navigation menu then go to the Smart list. Select the columns and check the box for Engagement Score and it will start showing on the page.
Select the required contact from Contacts > Smart lists.
You can also view the Contact engagement score in the contact details.
