⭐️ How to Contact Engagement Score:
Navigate to your CRM and access “Manage Scoring”. Click “+Add New Rule”. By default, score profiles remain in draft status; publish them to apply scores to all contacts.
Rule Customization: Edit and fine-tune scoring rules as needed.
Utilize the Score Builder to create rules for adding or subtracting points based on specific criteria, such as engagement or behavior. Ensure changes to rules are saved in the score profile.
Filtering in Conversations: Go back to the Conversation Tab from the Manage Scoring
Filtering Options: Filter contacts based on score ranges, allowing segmentation and targeted communication.
