⭐️ How To Use Communities Actions & Triggers:

  1. Accessing Community Group Actions and Triggers:

Access the workflows by clicking on the automation tab on the left menu bar.

Then go to workflows and click “ +Create Workflow ”.

And then start from scratch or edit an existing one.

  1. Configuring Group Access Actions:

Add a trigger from the trigger list For example we are using “ Contact Tag “.

After adding the triggers we will add an action.

In the condition’s segment go to contact details.

Select Tags.

Now add the “Includes” operator and add the required trigger.

Now add a branch.

After adding the branch, make a segment with “Tag removed”.

After that click on the “+” button to add an action.

Add the “Grant Group Access” Action.

Now add the required group whose access you want to grant.

Now add Another action of “Revoke Group Access” in the removed branch.

Now add the required group whose access you want to Revoke.

This is an overall view of the workflow.
