⭐️ How To Use Collective Booking In App:
Access the calendar tab from the left navigation menu then click on Appointments > + New Appointment.
Now select the required collective calendar. Previously, users were limited to choosing team members added to a collective calendar when booking appointments. Now, users can add any team member from the list directly.
If a selected team member is unavailable, the system will notify you. You can then switch the user or add a custom time slot.
This new feature empowers businesses to efficiently manage team scheduling on the fly, catering to diverse service scenarios and operational requirements.
