⭐️ How To Use Appointment Activities In Conversations:
Cancelled Appointments:
Access the “Conversation” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on conversation from the upper navigation menu, then click on the required contact to see the details. Click on “View appointment”.
You can now view and update the details of cancelled appointments from the Conversations module.
Deleted Appointments:
The activity title now reads as “Appointment Deleted” when an appointment is deleted by clicking on “View Appointment” on the Appointment Deleted card.
View deleted appointments but cannot edit them.
