When you receive a new lead through a form or survey, the system can automatically assign the lead to a specific affiliate, ensuring prompt follow-up and increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Affiliate Workflow Actions: The Affiliate Workflow Actions feature allows users to automate the addition of leads and manual sales under specific affiliates, enhancing affiliate management and boosting sales efficiency.

  • Automate Lead Assignment: Automatically assign leads to affiliates, streamlining lead management and follow-up processes.

  • Track Offline Sales: Add and track manual sales made outside the system, ensuring comprehensive affiliate performance tracking.

  • Reward Engagement: Recognize and reward affiliates for both monetary and non-monetary contributions, increasing affiliate motivation and participation.

⭐️ How To Use Affiliate Workflow Actions:

  1. Access the “Automation” tab from the left navigation menu. Click on Workflows from the upper navigation menu and click on +Create workflow > Select a recipe/start from scratch.

  2. In the workflow builder, click on the “+” icon and add the newly added Actions. Add Leads under An Affiliate/Add manual sales for an affiliate.

  3. Add Leads Under An Affiliate

    Select the Campaign and affiliate and click on save.

  4. Add Manual Sales For An Affiliate

    Click on the “+” icon and add the “Add Manual Sales For An Affiliate” action from the action list.

  5. Select the campaign, Affiliate, Revenue, Event Date & Event ID and click on save.
