⭐️ How To Use The New Workflow Trigger Added In Affiliate Manager: To start using this feature, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Access the automation tab from the left sidebar menu. then go to workflows and click on the “+ create workflows”  button to create a new workflow or edit an existing one.

  1. Start from scratch or use template.

  2. Click on “ Add New Trigger “ you can see the new triggers “ Affiliate Created “ & “New Affiliate Sales”.

  3. First Add the Affiliate created trigger from the list. Select your calendar.

  4. Explore use cases such as congratulatory emails or SMS for new affiliates created or welcoming affiliates to the program. After creating the workflow don't forget to publish and then hit save.

  5. And for the Affiliates sale select the “New Affiliates Sales” trigger.

  6. After adding the trigger click on add filters.

  7. Select the campaign field from the filters.

  8. Select the operator according to the requirements ( e.g “Is”).

  9. Select the campaign campaign field.

  10.  Now you can add an internal notification or add a tag according to your scenario  so whenever an affiliate makes a sale you can get notified.

  11.  Don’t forget to publish the workflow and then hit save.
