
Additional Default Reminders for Invoices
Invoice Reminders help you improve your payment rates and improve the customer experience, helping clients take care of their responsibilities. However, configuring them can be time-consuming, so we’re excited to introduce a few updates to them.
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Default Template: A default template will be added for email and SMS reminders.
Preset Reminders: If you haven’t modified the settings, three reminders will be added automatically.
⭐️How To Modify The Reminders?
The reminders are fully customizable, both in quantity and shape. If you would like to modify them, follow these steps.
Start by navigating to the Invoices tab inside the Payments section and clicking the Settings button.
Switch to the Reminder Settings Tab.
Enable or disable the reminders as needed.
Click Preview to edit the default template or select a new one from the dropdown menu.
