⭐️ How To Use Activity Cards in Conversations?
Opportunities:
Activity cards are generated whenever a new opportunity is created, updated, or deleted. In your CRM, navigate to Conversations.
Click 'View Opportunity' within the card to instantly access and make real-time changes. Here you can edit the field . After finishing everything, hit update to save the changes you made .
Appointments:
Activity cards appear when appointments are created, rescheduled, or canceled.
Click 'View Appointment' in the card to seamlessly edit appointment details.
Do Not Disturb (DND):
Receive notifications when a contact is marked as "Do Not Disturb" or removed from the DnD list.
Invoices
Activity cards pop up for sent invoices or received payments. Click 'View Invoice' to explore detailed invoices in a new tab.
