To maintain fairness and respect for everyone's time, we have implemented a policy for rescheduling, no-show situations, and additional onboarding sessions. This ensures that all our clients have equal opportunity to receive our dedicated support, without disruptions caused by last-minute changes.

Onboarding Call Charges

No Charge for Initial Onboarding: You will not be charged for your initial onboarding, which includes one technical call and one training call. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless onboarding experience.
Charges for Additional Onboarding Sessions: While we strive to cover everything you need in the initial onboarding calls, we understand that sometimes further assistance may be required. If you request additional onboarding sessions beyond the initial technical and training calls, a charge of $149 per session will apply.
Charges for Rescheduling and No Shows:
  • If you need to reschedule your onboarding call with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of $149 will apply.
  • If you do not show up for your scheduled onboarding call, a charge of $149 will be applied due to the reserved time slot.
