Pinnacle AI CRM proudly presents its latest feature: Activity Cards. This innovative tool offers users a consolidated view of vital updates, ensuring they remain informed in real-time without the need to switch between different modules.


Feature Highlights

  • Opportunities: Activity cards are generated in real-time when any opportunity is created, updated, or deleted. This ensures users are always informed about potential leads. With a simple click on "View Opportunity", users can make immediate changes.

  • Appointments: Stay updated with every appointment change. Whether an appointment is created, rescheduled, or canceled, an activity card will appear in the conversation panel. The "View Appointment" option allows users to edit the appointment without leaving the conversation panel.

  • Do Not Disturb (DND): If a contact is marked as DND or removed from it, activity cards will notify users about the contact's current preference.

  • Invoices: For enhanced transparency, activity cards will display when an invoice is sent to a contact or when a payment is received. By clicking on "View Invoice", users will be redirected to a new tab to view the detailed invoice.
